As artists, we give our blood, sweat and tears, and then some, to our work. We give so much that it may be tricky to create boundaries between creative work, non-creative work, and leisure time. Recreation therapy aims to use your chosen relaxing and enjoyable leisure activities to meet your personal health goals. If you struggle with setting personal boundaries between creative work, non-creative work, and leisure time, perhaps recreation therapy can help!
